摘　　要：文中针对无人机地面控制站上,操纵手实时监测飞机起飞准备阶段和飞机回收阶段的情况,提出了一种应用在地面控制站分系统的高清网络视频监控系统的设计方案。通过在地面控制站上部署采用DaVinci系列影像解码芯片的硬件设备,实现在任意席位上使用通用浏览器完成对地面站视频的网络监控。通过飞行试验验证,该设计方案有效的解决了操作手在地面控制站上视野狭隘,获取飞机状态信息量不足的问题,且系统硬件采用嵌入式平台,经济、可靠、易操作、体积小,节约了地面控制站内部空间。This paper introduces the design of a high definition network video monitoring System,for demand of the UAV operator monitoring take-off and recovery phases.Based on the embedded platform,DaVinci coding technology and network transmission,the HD video is accessed by using IE browser.The state of narrow vision and getting insufficient UAV status information of the problem is solved effectively,which makes the take-off and recovery phases more intuitively.The hardware is small,economic and reliable,thus the space of GCS is saved.The experiment results show that the proposed system provides an effective monitoring approach for GCS.
