基于“点-轴”理论视角的高速公路道口经济发展研究——以浙江省温岭市为例

摘　　要：随着我国高速公路的蓬勃发展,依托高速公路出入口而兴起的道口经济逐渐演变成为一种新型经济形态,对区域产业布局和空间重构产生重大而深远的影响。“点-轴”理论认为一种经济活动点状空间分布形态可通过线状基础设施相互连结,构成一个相对完整的空间结构体系,进而助推区域经济发展,为高速公路道口经济发展提供了一个研究视角。长三角地区是国内发展高速公路道口经济最早且最高效的地区,对我国其他区域具有一定的借鉴启发意义。基于对浙江温岭市的现状基础和未来态势研判,进行推动高速公路道口经济发展的“点-轴”结构分析,并提出建章立制、科学规划、产业扶持、多元融资的应对策略。With the vigorous development of expressway in China,the crossing economy,which relies on the entrance and exit of expressway,has gradually evolved into a new economic form,which has a significant and far-reaching impact on regional industrial layout and spatial reconstruction.The pole-axis theory holds that a point-like spatial distribution pattern of economic activities can be connected through linear infrastructure to form a relatively complete spatial structure system,thus boosting the regional economic development and providing a research perspective for the development of expressway crossing economy.The Yangtze River Delta region is the earliest and most efficient area for developing expressway crossing economy in China,it has certain significance of promotion and reference to other do-mestic areas.Based on the analysis of the present situation and future situation of Wenling City,Zhejiang Province,this paper analyzes the pole-axis structure to promote the development of expressway crossing economy,and puts forward the Countermeasures of establishing rules and regulations,scientific planning,industrial support and diversified financing.
