摘　　要：新建本科院校在科研方向尚不稳定、馆藏建设经费紧张、馆员整体素质不高、读者对图书馆依赖程度不够、馆员职业前景黯淡的客观条件下,本文针对性的提出了新建本科高校图书馆绩效改革在资源建设、读者服务方面采取的方法,分析了绩效改革实施后主要的经济、政治和社会效益状况,提出了绩效实施的经验、做法、存在的问题和改进措施,可以为新建本科图书馆绩效改革提供经验与参考。The newly-established undergraduate colleges are always under the conditions of unstable research direction,tight collection construction funds,poor quality of librarians,insufficient dependence of readers on libraries,and poor career prospects of librarians.This paper puts forward the method of the performance reform of newly-built university libraries in resources construction and reader service,analyzes the main economic,political and social benefits after the implementation of the performance reform.The experience,practice,existing problems and improvement measures of performance implementation are put forward,which can provide experience and reference for the performance reform of newly-established undergraduate libraries.
