新时期城市智能停车场建设与管理探究

摘　　要：城市土地资源有限,日益增长的城市汽车,对停车位的需求增加,暴露出城市车位供需失衡等问题。本文立足城市停车场建设及车位供需现状分析,阐述了国内外停车场建设发展情况,并在此基础之上,从智能停车场产业化、制定发展政策、提高停车场智能系统水平等方面,具体论述了新时期城市智能停车场建设与管理的措施。Limited urban land resources,growing urban automobiles,increasing demand for parking spaces,exposed the imbalance between supply and demand of urban parking spaces and other issues.Based on the analysis of the current situation of urban parking lot construction and parking space supply and demand,this paper expounds the development of parking lot construction at home and abroad,and on this basis,from the aspects of industrialization of intelligent parking lot,formulation of development policies,improvement of the level of intelligent parking system,etc.,discusses in detail the measures of construction and management of urban intelligent parking lot in the new period.
