摘　　要：目的:探讨血液透析滤过治疗对终末期肾病(ESRD)患者残余肾功能及生活质量的影响结果。方法:选取本院接受维持性血液透析治疗的60例ESRD患者,按照数字随机分配为对照组观察组,各30例。对照组接受常规血液透析治疗和护理,观察组接受血液透析联合血液透析滤过治疗和护理。跟踪观察6个月,比较治疗前后两组患者残余肾功能指标下降水平和生活质量评价(SF-36)。结果:两组患者治疗前残余肾功能指标尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(SCr)、血尿酸(UA)水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组患者残余肾肾功能各指标水平下降幅度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量评价中各维度得分及总分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析联合血液透析滤过治疗可使ESRD患者残余肾功能指标水平明显稳定,减少并发症发生,有效改善患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of hemodiafiltration on residual renal function and quality of life in patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Methods:Sixty patients with ESRD who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were randomly assigned to receive 30 patients in the control group.The control group received routine hemodialysis treatment and care,and the observation group received hemodialysis combined with hemodiafiltration treatment and care.The patients were followed up for 6 months,and the residual renal function index and quality of life(SF-36)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:There were no significant differences in the levels of residual renal function(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr)and serum uric acid(UA)between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of residual renal and renal function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores and total scores of the quality of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis combined with hemodiafiltration treatment can significantly stabilize the residual renal function index of ESRD patients,reduce complications,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
