摘　　要：结合广西金桂浆纸业有限公司化机浆废液碱回收系统的实际运行,重点介绍了化机浆废液碱回收需要解决的许多生产中的实际问题,如稀黑液纤维含量高,蒸发效罐纤维垢和无机垢结垢严重且难以去除,以及碱炉因浓黑液热值低,燃烧不完全,飞灰量大,绿液TSS含量高等问题,进行了详尽分析,并提出了解决措施。Based on the actual operation of the alkali recovery system in Guangxi Jingui Pulp and Paper Co.,the practical problems in alkali recovery were introduced.The real problems,such as high fiber content in dilute black liquor,the fiber scaling and inorganic scaling in evaporative effect tanks are serious and difficult to remove,and incomplete combustion in alkali furnace because of low calorific value with black liquor,large amount of fly ash,and high TSS content in green liquor etc.,were analyzed in detail.According to these analysis,detailed solutions were put forward in the paper.
