摘 要:产细菌素乳酸菌发酵棉籽粕在有效降低棉籽粕毒性的同时可提高棉籽粕的营养价值。本研究采用该发酵棉籽粕饲喂蛋鸡后,对蛋鸡的抗病和营养素利用率进行了分析评价。结果显示:产细菌素乳酸菌发酵棉籽粕替代基础日粮40%时,可显著提高蛋鸡的抗病能力,与对照组相比发病率和死亡率分别降至1.73%、0.18%(P<0.05)。同时能够显著提高蛋鸡对蛋白质(65.68%)、磷(34.69%)的利用率及肠道乳酸菌的数量(9.72lg cfu/g)(P<0.05)。综上,产细菌素乳酸菌发酵棉籽粕可有效提高蛋鸡的抗病能力和营养素利用率。The cottonseed meal fermented with Lactobacillus which produced bacteriocin could reduce the toxicity and improve the nutritional value effectively.The disease resistance and nutrient utilization capacity of the laying hens were analyzed and evaluated after the fermentation cottonseed meal was fed in this study.The results showed that disease resistance capacity of the laying hens could be significantly improved(P<0.05 vs control)when the fermentation cotton meal was substituted for 40%of the basic diet,which results contained the morbidity reduced to 1.73%and the mortality rate reduced to 0.18%.At the same time,the utilization rate of protein(65.68%),phosphorus(34.69%)and the number of intestinal Lactobacillus(9.72 lg cfu/g)in laying hens were increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion that fermentation cotton meal could improve the disease resistance and nutrient utilization capacity of laying hens.
