摘  要:目的本文探讨金属植入物(钛合金金属植入物、不锈钢金属植入物)在磁共振扫描时产热效应的安全性。方法内有金属植入物的猪腿模拟带有金属植入物的人体,将已经标定的热敏电阻作为温度传感器插入金属植入物附近,进行磁共振扫描,通过数字万用表或自制电路采集热敏电阻的阻值或电压,通过阻(压)-温转换,从而间接测量金属植入物周围的温度变化。结果采用高精度万用表与自制电路获得的温度值接近。SE序列产热效应最大,钛合金和不锈钢植入物引起的组织附近平均升温分别约为0.5℃和1.5℃,且在各种序列扫描中,不锈钢升温结果均高于钛合金升温结果。结论携带有金属植入物的患者做磁共振检查有一定危险性,检查前一定要有专业医师评估。Objective To investigate the thermal effect and safety of metal implants(titanium alloy, stainless steel) during magnetic resonance(MR) scanning. Methods The pig legs with metal implants were used to simulate the human body with metal implants. The calibrated thermistors were inserted near the metal implants as a temperature senso. When performing MR scanning, the resistance or voltage of thermistor was collected by digital multimeter or homemade circuit, and the temperature change around the metal implant can be indirectly measured by a resistance(voltage)-temperature conversion. Results The temperature values obtained by the high precision multimeter were close to that obtained by homemade circuit. SE sequence had the greatest thermal effect. The average temperature rise near the tissue caused by titanium alloy and stainless steel implants was about 0.5℃ and 1.5℃, respectively. The temperature rise of stainless steel was higher than that of titanium alloy in various sequence scanning.Conclusion Patients with metal implants are at risk of having an MR scanning, which must be evaluated by a professional physician before performing inspect.
