摘　　要：目的研究Gambro AK96血透机的使用情况,为临床使用和管理提供参考。方法对我中心40台AK96血透机的使用情况进行2016年~2018年为期三年的跟踪研究,包括常规消毒(消毒液、消毒时间和消毒方式)、质量控制(透析液离子浓度、电解质、细菌检测和内毒素检测)和故障统计。结果细菌菌落数和内毒素含量的合格率为100%,透析液离子浓度和血气分析合格率为100%,符合且高于行业标准,3年实验数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合的消毒方式可以提高超滤准确性;血透机的故障数明显降低,建议3年作为维修保养周期。临床管理为血透机的功能评估提供依据。结论多维度管理有助于保证透析机的安全运行,提高临床透析安全性。Objective To investigate the service condition of Gambro AK96 hemodialysis machine and provide reference for clinical use and management. Methods A total of 40 AK96 hemodialysis machines were followed to research for three years from 2016 to 2018 in our center, including routine disinfection(disinfectant solution, disinfection time and mode),quality control(ion concentration of dialysate, electrolyte, bacterial and endotoxin test) and failure statistics. Results The passing rate of the number of bacterial colonies and the endotoxin concentration was 100%. The passing rate of the electrolyte and blood gas analysis value was also 100%. All the results met and exceeded standards. Laboratory data were significantly different during 3 years(P<0.05). Combined disinfection mode could increase the ultrafiltration accuracy;the failure number was statisticaly reduced, and 3-year was suggested to be maintenance period for hemodialysis machine. Clinical management platform provided a basis for the function evaluation of hemodialysis machine. Conclusion Multi-dimensional management is helpful to ensure the hemodialysis machine work safely and increase the security of clinical dialysis.
