摘 要:目的研制一种减轻气管插管刺激的缓冲击可视镜片。方法缓冲材料为医用热塑弹性体(TPE-H50G25),将热塑弹性体缓冲材料软体部分对接咽喉镜片的前端,通过磨具二次注塑将缓冲材料与咽喉镜片紧密贴合。采用国家标准GB/T 531-1999分别测量两种可视喉镜片的表面邵氏硬度。结果热塑弹性体可以作为缓冲材料软体部分对接咽喉镜片的前端。缓冲击可视喉镜片的表面邵氏硬度显著低于普通可视喉镜片(P<0.05)。结论该缓冲击喉镜片可降低插管时的表面压力和作用力,减轻插管时的应激损害。Objective A visual laryngoscope with slow impact force was developed to reduce the stimulation of tracheal intubation.Methods The buffer material was medical thermoplastic elastomer(TPE-H50 G25). The thermoplastic elastomer buffer material was connected to the front end of the laryngoscope. The buffer material was closely bonded to the laryngoscope by secondary injection of the grinding tool. The surface hardness of two kinds of visual laryngoscope pieces was measured based on GB/T531-1999. Results Thermoplastic elastomer can be used as the soft part of the buffer material to connect to the front end of the laryngoscope. The surface hardness of low impact visual laryngoscope was significantly lower than that of normal visual laryngoscope(P<0.05). Conclusion The laryngoscope piece with slow impact can reduce the surface pressure and force during intubation and reduce the stress damage during intubation.
