摘 要:目的探讨CT多期增强容积扫描融合重组技术在泌尿系疾病中的应用。方法采用融合重组技术对76例行多时相CTU三维容积扫描的患者图像进行图像处理并做出影像学诊断;由两位医师对融合处理后的图像有无附加诊断价值进行评价,对评价结果进行一致性Kappa分析。结果融合后图像质量皆可满足临床诊断要求,76例患者中泌尿系统未见异常13例,泌尿系肿瘤5例,尿路梗阻48例,其他异常10例。融合后图像更具附加诊断价值(Kappa=0.749)。多期相三维融合图像伴伪彩染色处理,可更好地在一幅图像中显示病变的三维空间位置及其与周围组织的关系。结论多期相三维图像融合技术可对泌尿系疾病的诊断和治疗提供高质量的图像资料,便于临床医师全面观察病变并进行诊断,为临床治疗提供帮助。Objective To explore the application of CT multi-phase enhanced volume scanning fusion and reconstruction technology in urinary diseases. Methods Image processing and imaging diagnosis of 76 patients with multi-temporal CTU 3D volume scanning were performed by fusion and reconstruction technology. The additional diagnosis value of the fused image was evaluated by two physicians. Analysis of Kappa test was used to validate the consistency of evaluation results. Results The quality of images after fusion was able to meet the clinical diagnosis requirements. Of the 76 patients, 13 had no abnormalities in the urinary system, 5 had urinary tumors, 48 had urinary tract obstruction, and 10 had other abnormalities. Fusion image had more additional diagnostic value(Kappa=0.749). The multi-phase 3D fusion images stained with pseudo-color could display the three-dimensional location of the lesion and its relationship with the surrounding tissues in one image. Conclusion Multi-phase 3D image fusion technology can provide high quality image data for the diagnosis and treatment of urinary diseases,facilitate clinicians to observe and diagnose the lesions in an all-round way, and provide help for clinical treatment.
