摘　　要：目的改良手术室高值耗材二级库管理系统,提高临床工作效率。方法改进手术室二级库高值耗材条码管理流程,通过供货平台录入高值耗材数据信息,设计并使用小程序条码核对程序,比较实施前后的效果。结果提高了手术室护士工作效率,减少了条码扫码次数,降低了扫码出错概率。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时提升了护士满意度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小程序条码核对助推手术室高值耗在二级库管理中的应用,提高了医院管理水平。Objective To Upgrade the management system of secondary Library of high-value consumables in operating room and to improve the clinical work efficiency. Methods The bar code management process of high-value consumables in the operating room was improved based on the supply platform where the data of high-value consumables were input and the bar code checking program. Results The work efficiency of nurses in operating room was improved, the number and the error probability of bar code scanning was reduced(P<0.05). At the same time, the satisfaction of nurses was improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Small program bar code checking can promote the application of high-value operation room consumption in the secondary library management and improve the hospital management level.
