大型手术室医疗仪器设备的精细化管理

摘　　要：目的加强对手术室仪器设备的精细化管理。方法合理申购,完善设备管理制度及操作流程,成立设备安全使用管理小组,设置手术间财产卡、定人定位管理,定期组织外科医生和手术室专科护士共同参与操作培训,实行操作准入制,制定图文并茂的操作流程卡,合理手术排程,有切实可行的应急预案和预防性维护措施,购置维修保险,改革设备折旧方式等。结果手术室仪器设备的完好率、使用率均达95%以上,维修费用支出较前一年下降188万元。结论精细化管理可以提高手术室仪器设备的完好率、使用率,保障医患安全,提高手术效率和效益。Objective To strengthen the meticulous management of operation room instruments and equipment. Methods Through the reasonable purchase, perfect the equipment management system and the operation process, the equipment safety management group was firstly set up. Then, the operation property card and the fixed position management were set up. The surgeon to carry on the operation training was regularly organized, which the medical and nursing participated in the training and operation admittance. The operation process card and the reasonable operation schedule were made. In addition, practical contingency plans, preventive maintenance, purchase and maintenance insurance, and the depreciation of equipment were performed. Results The intact rate and utilization rate of instruments and equipment in operation room had been over 95%, and the maintenance cost decreased by RMB 1,880,000 compared with the previous year. Conclusion Meticulous management can improve the intact rate and utilization rate of operation room instruments and equipment, ensure the safety of doctors and patients, and improve the e ciency and e ciency of operation.
