摘 要:医疗设备的事后维修是不可避免的。事后维修的决策需要考虑的因素繁多,且关系复杂,是一种多属性决策问题。本文将三角模糊数和层次分析法相结合的决策方法应用于医疗设备事后维修,将复杂的决策问题变得清晰可行,避免盲目性和主观性,同时避免了传统层次分析法用精确数标定专家判断时的不准确。实践证明,本方法应用在医疗设备领域的维修决策是行之有效的。Breakdown maintenance(BM) of medical device cannot be avoided. BM decision is a multi-attribute decision. It needs to consider many factors, and the relationship is complex. This paper applied a decision method based on triangular fuzzy number and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to BM decision of medical device. This method made complex decision clear and workable, while avoiding blindness and subjectivity. It also avoided the inaccuracy of the expert judgment with precise number in traditional AHP. The practice proves that this method is effective in the field of medical equipment maintenance decision.
