摘　　要：目的为了提升我院的医用耗材精细化管理水平,进一步降低我院耗材运营成本。方法我们引入了医用耗材供应、管理和配送系统,设计和实现医用耗材相关管理流程,构建了我院的医用耗材精益化物流管理系统。结果做到了采购计划自动生成、耗材主动配送服务临床、仓库"零库存"等目标、商品证照的电子化管理、医用耗材的条码溯源等工作,从而提升院内运营管理能力。结论整体降低了我院耗材运营管理成本,提高了我院对医用耗材的管理水平。Objective To improve the fine management level of medical consumables and further reduce the operating cost of consumables in our hospital. Methods We introduced the supply-processing-distribution(SPD) system of medical consumables,designed and implemented the management process of medical consumables, and constructed the lean logistics management system of medical consumables in our hospital. Results The goal of automatic generation of purchasing plan, active distribution of consumables in clinic, zero inventory in warehouse, electronic management of commodity certificates and barcode traceability of medical consumables were achieved, so as to the hospital operation and management ability was enhanced. Conclusion The operation and management cost of medical consumables in our hospital has been reduced as a whole, and the management level of medical consumables in our hospital has been improved.
