广东省98家医院消毒供应中心大型蒸汽灭菌器说明书的使用现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解大型蒸汽灭菌器说明书的主要内容及医院消毒供应中心使用说明书的现状,为灭菌器生产厂家完善说明书,消毒供应中心规范化管理大型蒸汽灭菌器提供依据。方法利采用问卷调查的方式,随机抽取广东省内98家各级医院消毒供应中心,调查大型蒸汽灭菌器产品说明书管理使用情况及说明书项目内容。结果 98家医院消毒供应中心中,40.8%的灭菌器说明书存放于资料室,29.1%存放于灭菌工作岗位,还有30.1%存放于医院其他部门;在98家医院消毒供应中心大型蒸汽灭菌器说明书的主要内容中,提供基本信息占39.7%~96.9%;操作说明情况占37.8%~100%,灭菌器维护与保养说明的占13.7%~70.4%。其中对于灭菌器最难灭菌位置说明和灭菌器挡板如何清洁保养均无一例有陈述。结论医院消毒供应中心在使用说明书的管理存在不到位,大型蒸汽灭菌器的说明书存在重要信息不全的问题,有待于设备生产厂家与灭菌设备使用者加强沟通,进一步规范和完善设备说明书,达到正确使用灭菌设备的要求。Objective To investigate the main contents of the manual of large steam sterilizer and the current situation of the use of the manual of large steam sterilizer in the central sterile supply department(CSSD), to improve the instruction manual for large steam sterilizer manufacturers, and to promote the standardized management of large steam sterilizers for the CSSD.Methods With the method of questionnaire, randomly selected 98 hospital CSSD of Guangdong province, investigated and analyzed of large steam sterilizer manual management usage and specifications of content. Results Of the 98 hospital CSSD,40.8% of the sterilizer manuals were stored in the reference room, 29.1% were stored in the work place, and 30.1% were stored in other departments of the hospital. The basic information of the main contents of the large steam sterilizer manual of the 98 hospital CSSD was 39.7% to 96.9%. The operation manuals accounted for 37.8% to 100%, and the maintenance and maintenance of the sterilizer accounted for 13.7% to 70.4%. Among them, there was no statement on the most difficult position to sterilize and how to clean the baffle. Conclusion The management of the hospital CSSD large steam sterilizer manual is not in place. The manual of the large steam sterilizer has the problem of incomplete information. It needs to strengthen communication between the equipment manufacturer and the user of sterilization equipment, further standardize and improve the equipment manual,and achieve the correct use of sterilization equipment.
