摘　　要：目的本文介绍4例飞利浦DR机故障的维修实例,供从事医院医疗设备维修工程师借鉴。方法通过详细分析飞利浦DR的球管的校正、束光器维修、CAN通信和横向导轨锁止开关的故障,并解决问题。结果确保医院正常工作的进行,更好地延长设备的使用寿命、保证其运行质量。结论对于临床医工人员和设备操作技术人员来说,需要掌握一定的设备理论知识,并具备排除故障能力,加强设备的日常维护与管理、制定设备质量控制和维护保养计划、优化使用环境、规范使用行为。Objective To introduce 4 cases of philips DR machine fault maintenance examples, for engaged in hospital medical equipment maintenance engineers for reference. Methods The problems were solved by analyzing in detail the correction of the bulb of philips DR, the maintenance of the beam, CAN communication and the fault of the lock switch of the transverse guide rail. Results This study ensured the normal operation of the hospital, extended the service life of the equipment, and ensured its operation quality. Conclusion For clinical workers and equipment operators and technicians, they need to master certain theoretical knowledge of equipment and have the ability to troubleshoot, strengthen the daily maintenance and management of equipment, formulate equipment quality control and maintenance plan, optimize the use environment and standardize the use behavior.
