摘　　要：本文通过分析检修瓦里安生产的Trilogy型加速器Carrousel故障一例,为直线加速器维修提供借鉴经验。首先系统分析了均整盘的构成、port的编码机制、位置开关的检测原理、定位销的运动及控制,然后归纳总结了均整盘中各路信号的逻辑关系。了解其工作原理,便于快速准确的定位故障部件。以遇到的均整盘运动故障为例,从均整盘的定位和驱动两个部分入手,总结可能引起故障的原因,有条理的逐个排除,并详细介绍了测试方法和故障的排除过程。通过对均整盘常见故障的排除与维护,保证加速器处于最佳工作状态,并减少故障的发生。In this paper, a case of Trilogy accelerator Carrousel fault was analyzed to provide reference experience for linear accelerator maintenance. Firstly, the constitution of the even-integer plate, the coding mechanism of port, the detection principle of the position switch, the movement and control of the positioning pin were systematically analyzed, and then the logical relationship of each signal in the even-integer plate was summarized. It was convenient to locate fault parts quickly and accurately by understanding its working principle. Taking the moving faults of the even whole plate as an example, starting from the two parts of the positioning and driving of the even whole plate, the possible causes of the faults were summarized,and the methodical troubleshooting was carried out one by one, and the test method and troubleshooting process were introduced in detail. Through the troubleshooting and maintenance of the common faults of the whole disk, the accelerator was guaranteed to be in the best working state and the occurrence of faults was reduced.
