摘　　要：本文主要说明了中间包砌筑结构的改变项,并对钢水内级别有差异性的颗粒混杂物质向上浮动的概率进行了分析,借助观察得到的中间包内工作层中示踪剂数据的改变量,将单炉钢水冲刷的侵蚀包衬耐火材料的用量逐一列出,从而定量地判断出中间包的结构以及由于包衬耐火材料的侵蚀对钢水清洁度产生的影响。This paper mainly explains the change items of tundish masonry structure,and analyses the probability of upward floating of granular mixtures with different grades in molten steel.With the help of the observed change amount of tracer data in tundish inner working layer,the amount of refractories used in erosion ladle lining of single furnace molten steel is listed one by one,so that the tundish structure can be quantitatively judged.The influence of the corrosion of refractories on the cleanliness of molten steel is also discussed.
