摘　　要：随着肥胖症发病不断增加,减肥类保健品备受青睐。但其中一些产品被非法添加了盐酸西布曲明,对消费者健康造成不良影响。因此,建立一种快速测定保健食品中西布曲明含量的方法意义重大。本文从定性和定量两方面对西布曲明检测方法的国内外研究进展进行综述,包括所用方法的原理、适用类型、解决的问题及存在的不足等,并对检测方法的建立提出了意见和建议,以期对建立更有效的西布曲明检测方法提供理论参考。As the incidence of obesity continues to increase, weight、|loss health products are favored.However, some of these products have been illegally added sibutramine hydrochloride, which has a negative impact on consumers’ health.It is of great significance to establish a rapid method for determining the content of sibutramine in health foods.This paper summarizes the research progress of sibutramine detection methods at home and abroad from qualitative and quantitative aspects, including the principle of the method used, the type of application, the problems solved by the method and the existing problems, and proposes the direction of the establishment of the detection method.Personal opinions and suggestions are in place to help establish a more effective test method for sibutramine.
