摘  要:采用浆料法,在金属样片上制备Al2O3涂层和BaCe0.8Y0.2O3涂层,并在乙烷水蒸气裂解中考察涂层的抗结焦性能。通过TG,SEM,EDS分析,发现Ba Ce0.8Y0.2O3涂层结焦很少。在裂解炉炉管内表面制备Ba Ce0.8Y0.2O3涂层,考察它在石脑油水蒸气裂解中的裂解性能。与空白炉管相比,Ba Ce0.8Y0.2O3涂层使结焦量减少96.1%,产气量急剧增大,裂解焦油减少,H2,CO,CO2的收率显著增大,乙烯、丙烯、丁二烯收率略微降低。Al2O3 and BaCe0.8Y0.2O3 coatings were prepared on metal samples by slurry method,and their anti-coking performance was investigated in ethane steam cracking.TG,SEM and EDS analysis showed that the coking of BaCe0.8Y0.2O3 coating was rare.BaCe0.8Y0.2O3 coating was prepared on the inner surface of cracking furnace tube,and its cracking performance in naphtha steam cracking was investigated.Compared with blank tube,BaCe0.8Y0.2O3 coating reduced coking by 96.1%,gas production increased sharply,pyrolysis tar decreased,H2,CO and CO2 yields increased significantly,and ethylene,propylene and butadiene yields decreased slightly.
