摘  要:以费-托蜡裂解产物120~170℃馏分为原料,采用银离子络合萃取法进行提纯精制;以精制后的混合α-烯烃为原料,BF3为催化剂,正丁醇为引发剂制备聚α-烯烃(PAO)合成润滑油基础油。考察了反应压力、反应温度、反应时间和引发剂用量对PAO性能的影响。实验结果表明,精制后α-烯烃纯度由63.56%(w)提高到95.25%(w);在反应压力0.4 MPa、反应温度25℃、反应时间3 h、引发剂用量0.1%(w)的条件下,PAO的收率为97.16%,100℃的运动黏度为6.05 mm2/s,黏度指数为146,倾点为-62℃,产物中三聚体和四聚体含量为70.45%(w),支化度为0.159 5。Poly-α-olefin(PAO) synthetic lubricating base oil was synthesized by using Fischer-Tropsch wax lysate under 120-170 ℃ as raw material that was purified and refined by silver ion complexation extraction method,refined α-olefin was used as raw material,BF3 was used as catalyst and n-butanol was used as initiator. The effects of reaction pressure,reaction temperature,reaction time and amount of initiator on PAO performance were investigated. The results showed that the purity of α-olefin after purification was increased from 63.56%(w) to 95.25%(w). Under the experimental conditions of reaction pressure 0.4 MPa,reaction temperature 25 ℃,reaction time 3 h,initiator dosage 0.1%(w),the yield to PAO was 97.16%,and the kinematic viscosity of the polymerized products PAO at 100 ℃is 6.05 mm2/s,the viscosity index was 146,and the pour point was -62 ℃. The content of trimer and tetramer in the product was 70.45%(w),and the degree of branching was 0.159 5.
