摘  要:模拟电工接线训练设备基于人机工程学原理进行设计,集成了PLC编程技术、触摸屏人机界面设计技术、接口技术以及信号采集与处理技术,实现了虚实结合的仿真训练,通过触摸屏实时跟踪显示接线状态,并对错误进行提示,设备包括电工考证模拟练习模块、仿真考试模块和故障装入排障模块。本设备可以单机训练,不受场地限制,学员可以携带回住处随时练习,降低对练习场地和指导教师的依赖,能够实现无师化训练。Simulation of electrical wiring training equipment was designed based on the principle of ergonomics,integrated touch screen man-machine interface PLC programming technology,design technology,interface technology and signal acquisition and processing technology,realizes the simulation training combined with the actual situation,through the touch screen real-time display connection status,and the error prompt,equipment including electrical simulation exercises module research the simulation and test module and fault troubleshooting module into three modules.The equipment can be trained on a single machine without any restrictions on the site.Trainees can bring back to the residence to practice at any time,reduce their dependence on the training ground and instructors,and achieve the training without division.
