摘  要:在凸轮拉拔机后直接搭配一台定尺追剪锯,这种组合配置在很多有色金属加工企业都有。但不管这种配置使用的是哪家的追剪系统,都会存在定尺长度精度不太高而且有时长度正负偏差大,以及锯片容易破碎导致生产成本增加这样两大问题的困扰。本文以在凸轮拉拔机后用伦茨Lenze9400高精度伺服系统做追剪的应用案例为依托,针对前面提到的两大问题,通过作者主导的该类型设备搭配的多个工程项目的应用实践,讲述了在实际应用中所采用的一些解决办法。对于加工行业这种类似的应用,具有很强的参考价值。CAM drawing machine equip with a fixed length chase shear used by many non-ferrous metal processing enterprises. However,no matter which type of chasing and shearing system is used in this configuration,there are two problems :the accuracy of fixed length is not too high,and sometimes the positive and negative deviation of length is large, and the production cost is increased due to the easily broken blade. Based on the application case of using lenz Lenze9400 high precision servo system as chase shears after CAM drawing machine,aims at the two problems mentioned above,and through the application practice of several engineering projects with this type of equipment,this paper describes some solutions adopted in the practical application. This kind of similar application has a strong reference value for the processing industry.
