摘 要:以海绵铜为原料,采用空气氧化,并加入助浸剂的方法制备硫酸铜溶液。考察了反应时间、催化效果对铜浸出率的影响情况。实验结果表明,在助浸剂前驱体不够的前提下,补加助浸剂可以提高铜的浸出效率,铜的浸出率随反应时间的延长而提高,得到的铜浸出率可达99%以上,渣率低,渣含铜低。该法为海绵铜制备硫酸铜溶液提供了高效处理途径。Copper sulfate solution was prepared from sponge copper by air oxidation and adding leaching aids. The effects of reaction time and catalytic effect on copper leaching rate were investigated. The experimental results show that the leaching efficiency of copper can be improved by adding Leaching Aids on the premise that the precursor of Leaching Aids is not enough. The leaching rate of copper increases with the prolongation of reaction time. The leaching rate of copper can reach more than 99%,the slag rate is low and the copper content in the slag is low. This method provides an efficient way for the preparation of copper sulfate solution from sponge copper.
