PDCA循环在临床输血病历质量改进中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在改进临床输血病历质量中应用PDCA循环的具体效果。方法收集我院2017年1~6月296例临床输血病历,对病历进行检查,分析病历检查不合格的原因,并于2017年7~12月实施PDCA循环管理,对比实施前后病历检查的合格情况、病历等级分布及病历整改次数。结果实施PDCA循环管理后,病历检查的合格情况明显优于实施前,病历整改次数较实施前明显减少,病历甲级率较实施前明显提高,丙级率较实施前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在改进临床输血病历质量中应用PDCA循环能有效提高病历质量,减少输血病历各项指标缺陷的发生,值得采用。Objective To explore the specific effects of applying PDCA cycle in improving the quality of clinical blood transfusion records.Methods A total of 296 clinical blood transfusion records were collected from January to June 2017 in our hospital.The medical records were examined to analyze the reasons for the unqualified medical records.The PDCA cycle management was implemented from July to December 2017.The qualification of medical record examination,medical record level distribution and the number of medical records rectification before and after the implementation were compared.Results The qualification of medical records after PDCA cycle management was significantly better than that before implementation.The number of medical records rectification was significantly reduced compared with that before implementation.The grade A rate of medical records after PDCA cycle management was significantly higher than that before implementation.The rate of grade C after PDCA cycle management was significantly lower than that before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in improving the quality of clinical blood transfusion can effectively improve the quality of medical records and reduce the occurrence of defects in blood transfusion records.It is worthy of adoption.
