桂枝汤合玉屏风散治疗慢性荨麻疹患者的临床疗效及对血清总IgE影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨桂枝汤合玉屏风散治疗慢性荨麻疹患者的临床疗效及对血清总IgE的影响。方法选择2017年3月~2018年3月我院收治的88例患者随机分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=44);对照组采用盐酸西替利嗪片治疗,观察组采用桂枝汤合玉屏风散加味治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效、血清总IgE水平及SF-36评分。结果观察组总有效率为79.55%,高于对照组的68.18%(χ^2=1.472,P=0.225);两组疗效整体比较有统计学差异(Z=-2.116,P=0.034)。治疗后,两组血清总IgE水平与治疗前比较均显著降低(t=34.617,P=0.000;t=20.153,P=0.000);且观察组血清总IgE水平显著低于对照组(t=-9.672,P=0.000);两组SF-36评分与治疗前比较均显著升高(t=-12.586,P=0.000;t=-8.677,P=0.000);观察组SF-36评分为(78.26±12.37)分显著高于对照组的(69.91±12.86)分(t=3.104,P=0.003)。结论桂枝汤合玉屏风散治疗CU临床疗效显著,可有效降低血清总IgE水平,提高患者生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guizhi decoction combined with Yupingfeng powder in the treatment of chronic urticaria and its effect on serum total IgE.Methods 88 patients who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and randomly assigned to the observation group(n=44)and the control group(n=44).The control group was given cetirizine hydrochloride tablets for treatment,and the observation group was given Guizhi decoction combined with Yupingfeng powder for treatment.The clinical efficacy,serum total IgE level and SF-36 score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 79.55%,which was higher than that in the control group(68.18%)(χ^2=1.472,P=0.225);there was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(Z=-2.116,P=0.034).After treatment,the serum total IgE levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(t=34.617,P=0.000;t=20.153,P=0.000);the serum total IgE level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t=-9.672,P=0.000);the scores of SF-36 in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(t=-12.586,P=0.000;t=-8.677,P=0.000);the SF-36 score in the observation group was(78.26±12.37)Points,which was significantly higher than that of(69.91±12.86)Points in the control group(t=3.104,P=0.003).Conclusion Guizhi decoction combined with Yupingfeng powder have significant clinical effects in the treatment of CU,which can effectively reduce the total serum IgE level and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
