重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗生殖道HR-HPV感染50例临床观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗生殖道HR-HPV感染的疗效,并同时配合有效的护理干预。方法选取我院2017年1月~2018年1月收治的100例生殖道HR-HPV感染患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例,两组均予重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗,对照组同时配合心理护理、饮食指导、预防感染及健康教育等护理干预措施。比较两组的临床疗效,两组阴道排液量少于月经量比率、出血时间少于1周患者的比率及两组护理满意度。结果对照组患者治疗后的临床总有效率为76.0%,观察组患者治疗后的临床总有效率为98.0%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的阴道排液量少于月经量比率、出血时间少于1周患者的比率分别显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度达98.0%,对照组患者的护理满意度76.0%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗生殖道HR-HPV感染的疗效,并同时配合有效的护理干预可以显著提高临床疗效,减少出血量,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the efficacy of recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent capsule combined with effective nursing intervention in the treatment of genital HR-HPV infection.Methods 100 patients with HR-HPV infection in genital tract treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent capsules,and the control group was combined with nursing interventions such as psychological care,dietary guidance,infection prevention and health education.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared;the ratio of vaginal discharge was less than the menstrual volume ratio,and the bleeding time was less than 1 week;the satisfaction of nursing.The following aspects were compared:(1)the clinical efficacy of the two groups;(2)the ratio of patients with vaginal discharge less than the menstrual flow,and the ratio of patients with bleeding time less than 1 week;(3)nursing satisfaction.Results The total effective rate after treatment in the control group was 76.0%,and the total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was 98.0%,which was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The ratio of patients with vaginal discharge less than the menstrual flow and the ratio of patients with bleeding time less than 1 week in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent capsule in the treatment of genital HR-HPV infection,combined with effective nursing intervention can significantly improve clinical efficacy,reduce bleeding volume and improve nursing satisfaction.
