上海城建档案工程图纸数字化和白图交付探索

摘　　要：以上海城建档案为例,提出传统蓝图归档存在诸多问题,已不能适应信息化的要求。通过分析上海市开展工程图纸数字化和白图交付的实施情况以及工程蓝图和白图的由来,并对蓝图和白图进行对比分析,得出解决问题的方法:改变竣工图的归档方式,从蓝图交付改变为数字化和白图交付。总结上海市城市建设档案馆试行工作经验,提出注意事项,为全面推进工程图纸数字化和白图交付工作提供借鉴。Taking Shanghai urban construction archives as an example,this paper puts forward that there are many problems in traditional blueprint archiving,which can no longer meet the requirements of informatization.By analyzing the implementation of digitization and whiteprint delivery of Shanghai engineering drawings as well as the origin of engineering blueprint and whiteprint and comparing the blueprint and whiteprint,the solutions to the problems are found:changing the way of archiving the completed drawings from blueprint delivery to digitization and whiteprint delivery.The paper also summarizes the trial work experience of Shanghai urban construction archives,puts forward some matters that need attention and provides reference for comprehensively advancing the digitization and whiteprint delivery of engineering drawings.
