摘　　要：教育已经成为一个国家重要性标示,从小学教育到高校教育都在进行全面改革。这也是当前社会发展的需要。很多高校都在增加自己的研究生数量,而且呈不断上升趋势。研究生档案管理的标准化、规范化将是项重要的工作,也是对研究生学习、生活、就业等一贯表现的见证。因此,研究生档案管理就变得尤为重要,但现在高校研究生档案管理还是存在不足,需要制定相关制度和提出改革创新方法来应对社会的发展需要。Education has become an important national indicator,and an overall reform in education has been carried out from primary schools to colleges and universities,which is also the need of the current social development.Many colleges and universities are increasing their number of postgraduate students,and it is constantly on the rise.The standardization of postgraduate students archives management is important work and also a witness to postgraduate students'learning,life and employment.As a result,the postgraduate students archives management becomes particularly important.But now there are still shortcomings in the management,which call for establishment of relevant regulations and proposals of reform and innovation methods to meet the needs of social development.
