摘　　要：从铁、锌、维生素A、维生素D及多种微量营养素强化食物入手,针对儿童微量营养素缺乏、贫血、学习与认知能力等,探讨食物强化对儿童的健康影响,为今后进一步开展食物强化改善儿童营养提供基础数据。Starting with iron,zinc,vitamin A,vitamin D and various micronutrient fortified foods,with respect to children s micronutrient deficiencies,anemia,learning and cognitive ability,this article discussed healthy effects of food fortification to provide basic data for food enhancement and child nutrition improvement in the future.
