Effects of the short-cutting treatment of different degrees on survival and growth of 1-year-old transplanted seedlings of Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge

摘  要:为了促进文冠果1 a生移栽苗快速和有效的生长,提高其成活率,实现优化苗木、快速建园和高效造林的目的,对移栽苗主干进行不同程度的短截处理(处理Ⅰ:干高5 cm;处理Ⅱ:干高10 cm;处理Ⅲ:干高15 cm;对照Ⅰ:不短截;对照Ⅱ:干高50 cm),就不同处理对其生长情况(苗高、新梢长、地径、新梢基径)和成活率进行了研究。结果表明:经不同程度短截处理后,移栽苗的苗高生长量和地径生长量均明显高于2个对照,且二者均随着短截处理程度的增强而增加。其中,处理Ⅰ的苗高生长量和地径生长量最高,分别为63.06 cm和0.301 cm。经过一个生长周期后,处理Ⅰ移栽苗的苗高超过2个对照。并且,处理Ⅰ、处理Ⅱ和处理Ⅲ移栽苗的地径明显高于2个对照。移栽苗的新梢长和新梢基径也随短截处理程度的增强而增加,其中,新梢长由高到低排序为处理Ⅰ、处理Ⅱ、处理Ⅲ、对照Ⅱ、对照Ⅰ,新梢基径由高到低排序为处理Ⅰ、处理Ⅱ、处理Ⅲ、对照Ⅱ。随短截程度的增强,移栽苗的成活率也随之升高。处理Ⅰ成活率最高,为91.96%,CKⅠ成活率最低,为80.58%。To promote the rapid and effective growth of the 1-year-old transplanted seedlings of Xanthoceras sorbifolium,improving the survival rate of transplanted seedlings for optimizing seedlings,rapid garden construction and high-efficiency afforestation,the growth(plant height,new shoot length,ground diameter,new shoot base diameter)and survival rate of transplanted seedlings were studied by short-cutting treatments of different degrees to the stems(treatmentⅠ:the height of stem is 5 cm;treatmentⅡ:the height of stem is 10 cm;treatmentⅢ:the height of stem is 15 cm;control I:no short-cutting;controlⅡ:the height of stem is 50 cm).The results showed that the increment of seedling height and ground diameter of transplanted seedlings were significantly higher than that of the two controls,and both of them were increased with the increasing degree of short-cutting treatment in transplanted seedlings,the order of which was treatmentⅠ、treatmentⅡ、treatmentⅢ、CKⅡ、CK I.Among them,both the increment of seedling height and ground diameter of treatment I were the highest,which were 63.06 cm and 0.301 cm respectively.After a growth cycle,the seedling height of treatment I exceeded the two controls.And,the ground diameters of treatmentⅠ,treatmentⅡ,and treatmentⅢwere significantly higher than that of the two controls.The shoot length and shoot basal diameter of transplanted seedlings increased with the increasing degree of short-cutting.The decreasing order of shoot length was treatmentⅠ、treatmentⅡ、treatmentⅢ、CKⅡ、CKⅠ,and the decreasing order of shoot basal diameter was treatmentⅠ、treatmentⅡ、treatmentⅢ、CKⅡ.The survival rate of transplanted seedlings increased with the increasing degree of short-cutting.The survival rate of treatment I was the highest,which was 91.96%,and the survival rate of CK I was the lowest,which was 80.58%.
