乡村振兴战略视角下山区村庄空间规划研究——以阜平县不老台村为例

摘　　要：为了促进偏远山区村庄良好发展,激发村庄发展内生动力,实现乡村振兴,以阜平县不老台村为例,在实地调研的基础上,进行山区村庄空间规划研究。从问题导向出发,为解决不老台村产业模式低效、人居环境不佳、生态环境恶化的困境,按照空间现状辨析、特色塑造、全面融合的思路,提出在村庄生产方面进行产业空间布局,促进产业融合发展;在宜居村庄营建方面,对居住空间、公共空间、文化空间进行重点打造;在生态环境保护方面注重对林地、河流等生态要素的保护,并通过发展生态农业和乡村旅游实现空间融合,以期打造生产高效、生活美好、生态优良的山区村庄示范典型。In order to promote the good development of villages in remote mountainous areas,stimulate the endogenous motive force of village development and realize the rural revitalization,Bulaotai village in Fuping county was took as an example,the spatial planning research of villages in mountainous areas was carried out on the basis of field investigation.Facing the problems,the aim of the research was to solve the dilemma of inefficient industrial model,poor living environment and deterioration of ecological environment in Bulaotai village.According to the idea of spatial status analysis,characteristic shaping and comprehensive integration,It was put forward that industrial space layout should be carried out in village production to promote the development of industrial integration;in the construction of livable villages,the building of residential space,public space and cultural space should be emphasized.In the aspect of ecological environment protection,we should pay attention to the protection of forest land,rivers and other ecological factors,and realize spatial integration through the development of ecological agriculture and rural tourism,so as to create model villages in mountainous areas with high production efficiency,good life and excellent ecology.
