摘 要:防水透湿织物用于堆肥系统,作为MCT工艺的技术核心—功能性覆盖膜,推进了堆肥技术的发展。防水透湿织物的特性是防水和透气,但氨气阻控性能较弱。文章对防水透湿织物的阻氨机理进行了论述,并结合验证性实验及相关研究成果,认为应正确看待功能性覆盖膜,其对氨气的阻控虽有效但有限,性能仍待提升。Waterproof and moisture-permeable fabrics are used in the composting system.The technical core of MCT process-the functional cover membrane promotes the development of compost technology.The characteristic of waterproof and moisture-permeable fabric focuses on two aspects of waterproof and air permeability,but it is short of performance of ammonia gas resistance.This paper discusses the ammonia-resistance mechanism of waterproof and moisture-permeable fabrics,combines the validating experiments and the relevant research results,and thinks that the people should see correctly the functional cover membrane.Though the resistance control of ammonia gas is effective,yet it is limited,and yet it is necessary to upgrade the capability.
