摘 要:为构建木材热处理窑内部循环风速和温度合理分布,提出一种操作性强易于实现的木材热处理窑三维模型建立方法。采用前处理软件(ICEMCFD)对实验型木材热处理窑做结构简化,并进行参数化建模,将模型进行网格划分。利用Fluent软件对木材热处理窑内的蒸汽流动情况进行分析,得出风速分布云图。研究木材热处理窑内热质耦合状态,得出其内部温度和湿度的具体状况,为优化木材热处理工艺参数,改进窑体设计提供理论依据。To construct a reasonable distribution of internal circulation wind speed and temperature in wood heat treatment kiln,a three-dimensional (3D) model establishment method for wood heat treatment kiln with strong operation and easy realization was proposed.The pre-processing software (ICEM CFD) was used to simplify the structure and parametric modeling of the experimental wood heat treatment kiln,and the model was meshed.The steam flow in the wood heat treatment kiln was analyzed by Fluent software,and the wind speed distribution of cloud map was obtained.The thermal-mass coupling state of wood heat treatment kiln was studied,and the specific conditions of internal temperature and humidity were got.The experiment provided the theoretical basis for optimizing wood heat treatment process parameters and improving kiln design.
