摘　　要：患者参与社区卫生服务就诊过程,对于保障自主权、增强就诊体验、制定个性化诊疗方案、降低医疗费用、促进社区卫生服务机构的发展具有重要的作用。目前,我国患者参与社区卫生服务的积极性较低,机构缺乏患者参与的支持环境。社区卫生服务机构可以通过健康教育等方式增强患者参与就诊过程的积极性,制定参与制度,重视患者的个体差异,为患者参与就诊过程提供服务环境及政策支持。Patients’participation in the community medical treatment process can ensure patients’autonomy,enhance patients’experiences with community health service,help to make individualized treatment plan,reduce medical cost,and improve the development of community health service.At present,patients are less active in participating in community health services,and institutions lack the supportive environment for patient engagement.Community health service centers should strengthen the cognition of patients'participation in medical process,establish participation system to provide service environment and policy support for patient involvement.
