摘 要:以椰糠、菇渣和珍珠岩为基质,按照不同配比混合,研究其对番茄株高、茎粗、根冠比、壮苗指数、叶绿素含量、叶片净光合速率、硝酸还原酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶等指标的影响,筛选最佳番茄育苗基质配比。结果表明,T1(椰糠∶菇渣∶珍珠岩=2∶2∶1)的株高、茎粗、干物质积累及壮苗指数等指标均优于其他处理,与对照组CK(草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=6∶3∶1)无显著差异,可以作为番茄育苗基质。Using tomato as the experimental material,effect of different formula substrates of coconut coir and mushroom residue,vermiculite and perlite on tomato plant height,stem dimeter, ratio of root to shoot,strong seeding index,root activity ,chlorophy content of seeding, net photosynthetic rate were studied, in order to find the best substrate formula.The results showed that plant height,stem diameter,strong seeding index of the treatment group T1(coconut coir ∶mushroom residue ∶pearlite=2 ∶2 ∶1) were superior to other treatments (turf ∶vermiculite ∶pearlite=6 ∶3 ∶1),and had no significant differences from CK,so it could be recommended as tomato seedling substrate.
