摘 要:研究了供给侧改革农民工就业面临的困境,设计了基于供给侧改革农民工就业能力评价指标体系和指标权重,探讨了农民工就业能力评价方法和步骤。依据农民工就业能力测评实践认为当前农民工总体上对供给侧改革还不适应、职业教育供给与市场人才需求还不匹配、农民工适应市场需求的创新创业潜能没有被激发,影响了农民工就业能力;个体上要坚持终生教育理念,依据各自短板有针对性提高人力资本、提升就业能力,适应供给侧改革需要。The dilemma faced by the supply-side reform of migrant workers’ employment was studied,the evaluation index system and index weight were designed based on the supply-side reform of migrant workers’ employment ability, and the evaluation methods and steps of migrant workers’employment ability were discussed. According to the practice of evaluating the employment ability of peasant workers, it was considered that the peasant workers are not adapted to the supply-side reform, the supply of vocational education did not match the demand of market talents, the innovative and entrepreneurial potential of peasant workers was not stimulated to meet the market demand, which affect the employment ability of peasant workers. According to their short board, we should improve human capital and enhance employability to meet the needs of supply side reform.
