The Modeling of Two-winding Three-phase PMSG of Offshore Wind Turbines Considering the Slot Leakage Mutual Inductance Effect

摘  要:海上直驱风电机组单机容量大,其发电机较多采用双绕组三相永磁电机。任意两个绕组间总互感既包括通过气隙耦合的气隙互感,又包括通过定子槽耦合的槽互感,即互漏感。在8~10MW级大型机组发电机建模与控制中,互漏感不可忽略。本文考虑了互漏感的影响,推导出双绕组电机在转子dq旋转坐标系下的电磁和机械方程,建立了全阶模型,对比了考虑互漏感和不考虑互漏感时的电机模型差异,并提出一种参数等效法,将考虑互漏感后的模型转化为未考虑互漏感的模型,便于使用传统模型进行仿真与控制。最后基于模型等价性,给出了从有限元仿真软件参数导出本文双绕组电机模型参数的方法。Offshore wind turbines have large capacity, and their gererators mostly use two-winding permanent magnetic synchronous generator (PMSG). The mutual inductance between two windings includes both the air-gap mutual inductance and the slot leakage mutual inductance. Taking the slot leakage mutual inductance into account for 8~10 MW PMSGs, this paper derives their full-order model. Based on the mathematic model, the influence of the slot leakage mutual inductance is discussed. And an equivalent parameter model that compatible with the conventional PMSG model is presented. Finally, the method of obtaining parameters of the proposed model from commercial FEM (Finite Element Method) software is given.
