摘  要:开铁口机为高炉出铁场的主要设备之一,其工作性能直接影响高炉生产的稳定运行。本文总结了目前市场上开铁口机设备存在的一些技术问题及其发展的新技术。钻冲机构摆动滑道技术使钻杆中心线与铁口通道中心线始终重合,保证开孔时不会产生偏离;钻杆夹钳及钻杆扶持技术避免了钻杆开孔过程中扰度及摆动幅度大,有利于钻杆平稳开孔;高频率冲击的凿岩机及雾化技术提高了开孔效率,并延长凿岩机使用寿命。缓冲、限位技术可解决回转机构产生冲击力对设备整体破坏问题,使整个设备运行较为稳定,也避免了油缸行程定位悬臂位置误差较大问题。钻孔深度检测和倾斜油缸的压力平衡通过液电控制技术实现。为研究开铁口机设备的发展趋势提供了参考。Taphole drill is one of the main machines of the blast furnace cast house,whose working performance affects the stability of the blast furnace production.This paper summarizes some of the existing technical problems of taphole drill in the current market and new technologies for the development of taphole drill.The swing slide technology of the drilling and impacting mechanism makes the center line of drill rod coincide with the center line of the tap hole channel to ensure that there is no deviation when opening the hole.The clamp and support technology for the drill rod avoids the disturbance and large swing amplitude during the drilling process,which makes the drill rod open the hole smoothly.The drifter with high frequency impact and purging technology improve the opening efficiency and extend the service life of drifter.The buffering and limiting technology can solve the problem that the impact force generated by the rotary mechanism damages the whole machine,so that the operation of the whole machine is relatively stable,and also avoid the problem of large rotary position error of jib arm when it is determined by cylinder stroke.Besides,the drilling depth detection and pressure balancing of the tilting cylinder are achieved by liquid-electric control technology.This paper provides a reference for studying the development trend of taphole drill.
