摘　　要：光整机是连续热镀锌机组的重要设备,其入口和出口带钢张力是保证产品质量的重要技术指标,必须进行张力控制。为此,分析了光整机入口和出口的张力控制原理和控制方法,并阐述了实际应用中这些张力控制方案的具体实现方法。控制方案及控制方法已成功应用于多处现场,在实际中取得了较好的控制效果,对同类系统的设计具有一定的参考价值。Skin pass mill is a important equipment of strip continuous hot galvanizing train.The tension control must be used for controlling the entry strip tension and exit strip tension to ensure the quality of products.In this paper,three kinds of tension control principle are analyzed,and the practicable methods of these tension control projects in the application are expatiated.These schemes and modes are being used successfully in many factories,which obtained fine results and can be a good reference for the design of other similar systems.
