摘　　要：针对冷轧带钢经圆盘剪切边后的断面存在毛刺缺陷的问题,通过大量现场跟踪与理论研究,在具体分析了该机器中磨边机构、高度和角度调整机构、水平角度调整机构、随动机构、进给机构五部分的部件组成与原理的基础上,研发出一套新型冷带边部修磨机。通过试验表明,该机器能够从根本上消除带钢切边断面的毛刺缺陷,实现了在不改机组生产设备及工艺的前提下,提高产品的边部质量的目的,能够给现场创造较大经济效益,具有进一步推广应用的价值。For there are burr defect in the section after shearing cold rolled strip edge by disc,through a large number of on-site tracking and theoretical research,and based on the analysis of the components and principles of the grinding mechanism,height and angle adjusting mechanism,horizontal angle adjusting mechanism,follow-up mechanism and feed mechanism,a new cold strip edge grinding machine is developed.The test results show that the machine can eliminate the burr defect of strip cutting section fundamentally,and realize the purpose of improving the edge quality of products without changing the production equipment and technology of the unit,meanwhile,it create greater economic benefits and have the value of further popularization and application.
