摘 要:锁紧盘作为一种无键联轴器,能够传递转矩、弯矩、轴向力和径向力,具有对中性好、结构紧凑、承载能力强等优势。其工作原理是通过拧紧螺栓,将两个锥形配合面结合,产生径向力,进而产生摩擦力传递载荷。外环的受载情况直接影响锁紧盘的服役性能,本文以某型号锁紧盘为例,运用Workbench有限元分析软件,建立了锁紧盘外环不同的受载位置的有限元分析模型,研究了外环前端面受载模型与后端面受载模型的力学特性,得到后端面受载具有更好的连接特性的结论。研究结果表明:在传递相同动力的条件下,外环后端面受载结构可拥有更小的几何尺寸,丰富了锁紧盘基础设计理论,同时为企业开发新产品提供指导和帮助。The shrink disk is a keyless coupling.It can transmit torque,bending moment,axial force and radial force.The shrink disk has advantages of good neutral,compact structure and strong bearing capacity.The working principle of shrink disk is to screw down the bolts and combine the two conical surfaces.The interaction between the two surfaces produces the radial force and then the friction force is generated to transfer the load.The loading condition of outer ring has great influence on the performance of shrink disk.Taking a certain type of shrink disk as an example,the finite element analysis model of different loading positions was established using workbench finite element analysis software,and the mechanical characteristics of loading model of the front end surface of the outer ring and the loading model of the back end surface were studied.It is concluded that the loading of the back end surface has better performance.The results show that under the condition of the same power transmission,the load-bearing structure of the rear end face of the outer ring can have a smaller geometric dimension,which enriches the design theory of the shrink disk and provides guidance and assistance to enterprises in developing new products.
