摘　　要：以打捆机的导带槽装置和捆带盘装置为研究对象,对其结构进行了设计改进。将传统外置弹簧式导带槽装置中的两个长的螺栓改为销轴,并将销轴卡弹簧的部分置于导带槽内部,然后将螺母联接改为开口销联接,使之成为内置弹簧式导带槽装置。将常见双链板胀缩装置中的导向轮去掉,外侧导向轮的位置改为销轴铰接,同时去掉一套链板,成为结构简单的单链板胀缩机构。改进后的装置在生产使用中有效地减少了设备维护时间,降低了空间占用量。This paper takes the strap guide device and strapping disc swell-shrink device of strapping machine as the object.Its structure was improved as follows,the two long bolts in the traditional external spring strap guide were changed to the pins,and the part of the pin fixed spring was placed inside the strap guide,and then the nut connection was changed to the split pin connection.The external spring strap guide device became the internal spring strap guide device.The guide wheels in the common double-chain plate swell-shrink device were removed,and the lateral guide wheels were changed to pin hinge,and a set of chain plate was removed.Double-chain plate swell-shrink device became a simple single-chain plate swell-shrink device.The improved device effectively reduce equipment maintenance time and space occupation.
