摘　　要：10V^500kV工频电压比例标准主要由单盘感应分压器、七盘感应分压器、10kV双级电压互感器、110kV标准电压互感器、220kV标准电压互感器和500kV标准电压互感器组成。对最高标准0.0002级单盘感应分压器的自校准线路进行分析,并对其不确定度的来源从3个方面进行评定,计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,为下一级标准器的不确定度评定奠定基础。10 V^500 kV apparatus of voltage ratio standar at power frequency are mainly composed of single winding induction voltage divider,seven winding induction voltage divider,10 kV bipolar voltage transformer,110 kV standard voltage transformer,220 kV standard voltage transformer and 500 kV standard voltage transformer.In this paper, the self calibration circuit of highest standard single winding induction voltage divider is analyzed. The sources of uncertainty are evaluated from three ways.We also figure out both combined standard uncertainty and expand uncertainty which laying the foundation for uncertainty assessment of next level standard.
