五苓散加减联合蜈黛软膏对慢性湿疹患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨五苓散加减联合蜈黛软膏对慢性湿疹患者的临床疗效。方法 160例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组80例,对照组给予盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊联合蜈黛软膏,观察组给予五苓散加减联合蜈黛软膏,疗程2个月。然后,检测临床疗效、临床症状评分[皮肤病生活质量量表(DQOLS)、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹]、血清T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)、血清指标(IL-4、IFN-γ、IgE、EOS)、皮损最大直径、不良反应发生率变化。结果与对照组比较,观察组总有效率显著升高(P<0.05),临床症状评分、血清T淋巴细胞亚群、血清指标、皮损最大直径显著改善(P<0.05),不良反应发生率、复发率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论五苓散加减联合蜈黛软膏对慢性湿疹患者安全有效,值得临床应用。AIM To explore the clinical effects of modified Wuling Powder combined with Wudai Ointment on patients with chronic eczema.METHODS One hundred and sixty patients were randomly divided into control group(80 cases) for 2-month administration of Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Capsules and Wudai Ointment, and observation group(80 cases) for 2-month administration of modified Wuling Powder and Wudai Ointment. Subsequently, the changes in clinical efficacy, clinical symptom scores [dermatological quality of life scale(DQOLS), itchy skin, skin rashes], serum T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+, CD4^+/CD8^+), serum indices(IL-4, IFN-γ, IgE, EOS), maximum diameter of skin lesion and occurrence rate of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS Compared with the control group, the observation group demonstrated significantly increased total effective rate(P<0.05), markedly improved clinical symptom scores, serum T lymphocyte subsets, serum indices and maximum diameter of skin lesion(P<0.05), and obviously decreased occurrence rate of adverse reactions and recurrence rate(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with chronic eczema, modified Wuling Powder combined with Wudai Ointment has safety and effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
