摘 要:舆论作为某一群体所具有的心理现象,是社会心理的重要组成部分。随着“00后”大学生登上历史舞台,校园舆论呈现出一些新的特点。校园舆论的类型可以划分为内源性和外源性两种。大学生的个体心理特点和群体心理特征对校园舆论有着一定影响。个体心理方面,自我实现需要、认知闭合趋向、认知图式强化、自我表露是影响舆论引导的重要因素;群体心理方面,从众心理、群体失控、群体极化是影响舆论引导的重要因素。校园舆论引导可以采用的心理效应有:“酸葡萄效应”“安全阀效应”“自己人效应”“破窗效应”“塔西陀效应”“雷尼尔效应”。文章意图从心理学与思想政治教育学科交叉的角度入手,以期为做好校园网络舆论引导工作提供一定的启发。As a psychological phenomenon of a certain group, public opinion is an important part of social psychology. With the “00” after college students boarded the historical stage, campus public opinion showed some new features. The types of campus public opinion can be divided into two types: endogenous and exogenous. The individual psychological characteristics and group psychological characteristics of college students have certain influence on campus public opinion. In terms of individual psychology, self-realization needs, cognitive closure tendencies, cognitive schema enhancement, and self-disclosure are important factors influencing public opinion guidance;group psychology, herd mentality, group out of control, and group polarization are important factors influencing public opinion guidance. The psychological effects that can be adopted by campus public opinion guidance include:“sour grape effect”,“safety valve effect”,“self-human effect”,“broken window effect”,“Taxito effect”,“Ranier effect”. The article intends to start from the perspective of the intersection of psychology and ideological and political education, in order to provide some inspiration for the campus network public opinion guidance work.
