日常消费类上市公司效率及其影响因素分析——基于消费升级背景

摘　　要：消费升级在需求侧层面体现为中高端消费的增加,在供给侧层面体现为企业能够销售更多让消费者满意的产品。我国居民收入水平持续提升,中高端需求不断增加,但企业的应对能力明显不足。基于此,以文体教娱、消费电子、酿酒饮料和纺织服装作为日常类消费的代表,从企业层面,首先测算了日常消费类上市公司的全要素生产率,4个行业全要素生产率的高低顺序依次为消费电子、文体教娱、酿酒饮料、纺织服装。以全要素生产率作为经营效率指标,进一步实证分析了影响经营效率的因素,结果表明,创新能力、企业规模、政府补贴和新产品等因素均可影响企业的全要素生产率,但影响程度在不同行业存在差异。最后针对研究结论提出了相应的建议。Consumption upgrading is reflected in the increase of middle and high-end consumption at the demand side level, on the supply side, enterprises being able to sell more products that satisfy consumers. The income level of residents in China continuously raises, the demand for middle and high-end products is increasing. However, the response capacity of enterprises is obviously insufficient. Based on this, taking culture, entertainment, consumer electronics, wine beverages and textile clothing as the representative of daily consumption, this paper calculated the total factor productivity of daily consumption listed companies firstly. The order of total factor productivity of the four industries is consumer electronics, culture and entertainment, wine beverage, textile and clothing. Taking total factor productivity as an index of operational efficiency, this paper further empirically analyses the factors affecting operational efficiency. The results show that factors such as innovation capability, enterprise scale, government subsidies and new products can affect the total factor productivity of enterprises. But the degree of influence varies in different industries. Finally, some suggestions are put forward according to the conclusions of this paper.
