摘 要:基于聚醚废水高浓度、难降解、成分复杂的水质特性,采用UASB(上流式厌氧污泥床反应器)-MBR(膜生物反应器)组合工艺处理。重点介绍了处理工艺流程,主要构筑物设计参数和MBR管式超滤膜及其工艺设计参数。工程运行效果良好,有效截留活性污泥,保证处理效率和系统稳定性。出水COD质量浓度为245mg/L,COD总去除率达99%以上,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)三级标准。经工艺优化,通过增加各单元水力停留时间,增大MBR出水循环比至1:4后可减少外排水量,降低运营成本。Based on the water quality characteristics of polyether wastewater with high concentration, difficult degradation and complex composition, UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Bed Reactor)-MBR (Membrane bioreactor) combined process was adopted. The article focuses on the process flow, design parameters of main structure and MBR tubular ultrafiltration membrane. The operation of project is good, activated sludge was retained effectively to ensure treatment efficiency and system stability. Concentration of effluent COD was 245 mg/L and the total COD removal rate can reach over 99%, reaching the third grade of “Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard”(GB 8978-1996). Process optimization can reduce external drainage and operating costs by increasing the hydraulic retention time and the MBR effluent cycle ratio to 1:4.
