摘 要:传统的配网设备检修采用计划停电方式,对居民可靠供电产生影响,本文结合国网首次中低压全系统旁路不停电作业实际案例,对旁路不停电作业方式进行分析,提出完整的旁路作业原理和作业方案。针对移动箱变旁路设备接入时,易造成断路器跳闸等问题,提出移动箱变低压断路器的保护值设定方案和作业策略。研制了带开关旁路快插转接电源箱,实现低压旁路系统快速接入,对旁路作业现场管控存在的关键问题进行思考,创新提出解决方案,支撑旁路作业进一步推广应用。The traditional way of overhauling the equipment in distribution system is scheduled outage, which makes influence on reliable power supply. Firstly, combining the first actual case of operation without by-pass power interruption in medium and low voltage distribution system, the operation scheme without by-pass power interruption is analyzed. And the whole principle and scheme are displayed. On the problem of circuit breaker easily tripping when the by-pass equipment of portable box transformer connects in, the approach to set the protection value and its operation scheme for portable box transformer is put forward. A quick plugging power box with by-pass switch is designed, which can realize quick access function of low voltage bypass system. At last, the key problem of managing the by-pass operation site is analyzed, as well as the new approach is put forward, which supports further application of by-pass operation.
